- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to the end-users as required.
- Creating and deleting users/contacts/computers/groups/mailboxes in Active Directory/Office 365.
- Installing new hardware, OS and software for clients physically or remotely.
- Close the Service Desk cases according to defined agreed SLA by the department.
- Take ownership of technical issues. Work with other teams to resolve more advanced issues only when necessary
- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
- Maintaining security compliance on user’s computers through WSUS and McAfee VSE (the latest windows updates and antivirus signatures must be installed on every device).
- Maintaining the inventories (users & computers) up to date and must make sure there are no license misuses in the company (manually or through Manage Engine).
- Installing and issuing any kind of equipment to users (laptops, phones etc.).
