Job Description

Job Duties:

  1. Provide 1st and 2nd level support to the end-users as required.
  2. Creating and deleting users/contacts/computers/groups/mailboxes in Active Directory/Office 365.
  3. Installing new hardware, OS and software for clients physically or remotely.
  4. Close the Service Desk cases according to defined agreed SLA by the department.
  5. Take ownership of technical issues. Work with other teams to resolve more advanced issues only when necessary
  6. Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
  7. Maintaining security compliance on user’s computers through WSUS and McAfee VSE (the latest windows updates and antivirus signatures must be installed on every device).
  8. Maintaining the inventories (users & computers) up to date and must make sure there are no license misuses in the company (manually or through Manage Engine).
  9. Installing and issuing any kind of equipment to users (laptops, phones etc.).
