Job Description

Permanent IT Helpdesk Executive @MNC company

Salary: $2000 to $2500

Location: West-Central (near mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) *NO shift! 5-DAY week

  • Provide telephone & email assistance on IT/ connectivity issues;
    • Co-ordinate and deploy Service Engineer for investigation and to resolve customer’s connectivity issues on site;
    • Assist Assistant Manager in other administration and connectivity issues;
    • Troubleshoot IT and connectivity related issues over the phone till resolution;
    • Carry out duties in accordance with guidelines and policies set by the management;

Perform other duties including management of projects as and when assigned by the management

Requirements:

Diploma in IT/ equivalent with 2 to 4 years relevant experiences preferably in supporting *WINDOW environment and WIN server.

Good listening and customer handling skills.

Temp/ Part-Time F&B Asst (1-3 month) *$8-$9/hr @City Hall > 10 vacancies

**Transport provided home

Working hour: about 12noon-4pm/ 6pm-11pm Mon-Sun *3-5 day/ night per week

*NO experience required though those with some F&B/ banquet experiences advantage. TRAINING provided! NO washing required!

*Students min 18 years old able to work Part-time welcomed to apply.

Temp/ Part-Time Retail Asst @NIKE shops, Orchard/ Town/ JE area (2-3 month or longer term) > 8 vacancies

  • Temp Rate: *$6.50-$7 per hour
  • Working hours: *6-8hrs shift between 11am-9pm *NO night shift! *3-5 Days per week Mon-Sun
  • *Provide good customer service. NOT Promoter job!
