Job Description

* Office hour, Monday to Firday, 9am - 6pm

* Location: East

Our client is the global specialist for cybersecurity and cloud solutions

Level 1 Support engineer job description:

  • Responsible to perform Level 1 troubleshooting for support cases via phone, text messages, email or remote session
  • Responsible to liaises between vendor TAC support and customer to resolve any technical issues
  • Responsible for standby / on-call for support cases during office hours (9am – 6pm)
  • Responsible to coordinate with L2 engineers for problem resolution
  • Responsible to follow up all open cases with customer and L2 engineers for case closure
  • Responsible for asset tracking in maintenance store (Monthly)
  • Provide assistant to raise RMA case for faulty devices, and follow up as well
  • Perform hardware burn-in (Power on 72 hours) and verify goods received are working as intended
  • Execute / participation in any Ad-Hoc jobs assigned by Technical Support Manager / Technical Manager

Requirements:

  • Education level in Nitec and above in IT related
  • Experience with customer call centre / helpdesk is preferable
  • No experience are welcome to apply
