IT Helpdesk Analyst (up to $3000, contract)
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk responsible for:
- Perform helpdesk duty and IT/Audio/Visual operations
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Provide AV and IT support for training/seminars
- Perform basic troubleshooting for any hardware and software issues
- Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and followed accordingly.
- Track and record all issues and problems in the tracking system.
- Perform inventory of IT equipment and ensure that all IT equipment are traceable and recorded.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level support team.
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects.
- Liaise with users, IT group and vendors where applicable
- Diploma in Information Technology
- 2 years experience as an IT Helpdesk / IT Support
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented
- Experience in AV is a plus
