IT Executive (Project Lead)

Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the Head of Department, IT, to manage all activities relating to digital transformation
• Manage project developments within budget, scope and timeline
• Facilitate business process review study by working along with key business stakeholders
• Explore, evaluate and trial run potential solutions
• Work with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
• Assist in the development of the business requirement scope
• Ensure objectives of user testing is achieved by covering all use-case scenarios
• Report and present findings, and make recommendations
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Attend and take actions to address any gaps and issues during project development
• Create and maintain necessary project documentation
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 2 years of proven project management experience
• Tech savvy and is well informed on technology trends
• Good client facing and internal communication skills
• Fast learner who can adapt well to change
• Problem solver who can see root of issue and recommend effective solutions
• Good organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• This position is on contract basis
• Singaporeans only
