IT Executive - Hardware/Software/Project Mgmt ($4.2K - $4.5K/MNC/5 DAYS/BONUS/IMMEDIATE)

Responsibilities:

-Reporting to Manager
-Installing and configuring of operating systems, drivers and software
-Providing end user support for SAP and other software
-Maintaining of company website (Liaising with vendor, software/website security matters)
-Utilizing of suitable platforms to host interactive training sessions and meetings (MS teams/SharePoint/Life size)
-Establishing an IT documentation system
-Purchasing of hardware and software and keeping inventory check
-Troubleshooting and resolving email/PC matters
-Liaising with Headquarters and vendors with regards to IT security
-Communicating with other business functions to understand their needs, propose and implement required IT support
-Assisting in other assigned ad-hoc projects/duties
-Using of social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn for digital marketing
-Maintain office IT hardware and software inventory
-Maintenance of office equipment, card access system and office security
-Scheduling of preventative maintenance through appointed subcontractors
-Any other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

-Diploma / Degree 
-3 to 5 years experiences in IT Hardware and Software Installations, Configurations and Troubleshooting 
-Providing end-user support for SAP and other software (installation, connectivity to server/VPN, etc)
-Proficiency in SAP/Microsoft Excel/MS teams/SharePoint is preferred
-Good communication skills
