IT Engineer -Level 1

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT Support to customers including Fortune 500 Companies
• Learn and deploy cloud solution like Microsoft 365, autopilot
• Attend Technical courses on IT products
• Simple configuration of AD directory
• Configure firewall / port forwarding
• Configure ip phone and ip camera
• Update of patches
• Cloning of computers
• Schedule backup
• Site to site VPN
• Email and phone communication with customer.
• Troubleshoot system/network problems
• Take responsibility and ownership of customer problem, from start to resolution
• Attending to Onsite IT support (Need to travel around Singapore)
• To have high level of integrity and ethics
• Report to Technical Manager and the Managing Director

Requirements:

Proficiency in computers and technologies

Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude

Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Fresh poly graduate are welcome!

Job Location: All over Singapore 

Working Hours: 9am-6pm

Diploma or ITE certs with basic general IT knowledge
