Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Be involved in incident, problem and service request management
  • Provide first-level resolution/swift escalation of hardware or software issues encountered by users based on service level objectives
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure timely corrective actions are taken
  • Provide timely updates to customers in regards to resolution progress to their issues/problems
  • Escalate significant issues or outages to management
  • Ensure daily tasks are executed according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships, resolve problems and positively influence others to successfully produce customer satisfaction 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Diploma (IT or Related Disciplines)
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Based Operating Systems
  • General knowledge of the following:
    • IT Infrastructure (Lan, Wan, Windows Servers, Active Directory)
    • Informatic Hardware (PC, Printer, Scanner, Smartphones, etc)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP systems
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
