Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for resolution of customer IT problems, requests and queries
  • Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incident
  • Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, and perform standard transaction processing.

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Diploma in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science is preferred 
  • Part time and Full time roles available
