- Provide support for resolution of customer IT problems, requests and queries
- Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incident
- Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, and perform standard transaction processing.
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Diploma in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science is preferred
- Part time and Full time roles available
