IT Analyst / Helpdesk Support , Salary up to $3,000 , IMMEDIATE!!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Level 1/Level 2 troubleshooting, support & maintenance of PC/AV/network & Telco equipment.
• Support and maintenance of PC/AV/Network & Telco equipment in ISS training and office sites. Support IT activities including AV/network implementation and testing for ISS new building.
• Liaise with users, vendors and NUS IT team as required for the new building relocation related IT activities.
• Perform any other duties and functions as assigned by supervisor/manager. 

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma Holder in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of prior work experience in an IT helpdesk operation or support role. Prior experience in IT infrastructure relocation will be an advantage. 
• Troubleshooting & resolution skills in IT Helpdesk operations including End User Support.
• Audio/Visual equipment, Network & Telco Support.
• Good communication & attitude to liaise with internal staff, L2 support teams and vendors.
