Our client, a well-established educational institution, is looking for a candidate to join their IT Team as an IT Analyst.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Level 1/Level 2 troubleshooting, support and maintenance of PC, AV and network
• To liaise with end users for support and escalation
• Manage and update IT Assets
• Handle assigned projects to deliver services

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/Degree  in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT Helpdesk operation setting
