Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

 

The Role

As a key member of the project team, you will be in collaboration with agency users/stakeholders, and your primary focus will be on the business requirements and functional solution aspects of the project (e.g. Digital / E-Services / Mobile / Cloud / CRM etc):

• Analyse stakeholders' needs and scope the business requirements to develop business case and tender specifications
• Source and evaluate alternatives, and recommend solution that best fits stakeholders' needs
• Assist in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes
• Drive smooth deployment, adoption and operations of the solution
• Operations & Maintenance Phase: Analyse impact of requested changes, work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems as needed

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience with preferably at least 2 full software development life cycles (SDLC)
• Agile (Scrum) Development experience
