IT Administrator (SAP)

Job Responsibilities

• Provides L2 & L3 technical support
• Provides installation, troubleshooting, configuration for laptops, desktops, printers, servers
• Customise reports and interface using SAP
• Supporting approximately 80 end users in Singapore & overseas remote troubleshooting will be involved

Job Requirements 

• Minimum of Diploma/Degree (Information Technology or Relevant Disciplines) 
• Minimum of 3 years in providing desktop & server support and administrating SAP Database 
• Proficient in using SAP to create and generate customised reports
