Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level of network and technical support for personal computers, Point-of-Sale (POS) equipment, Wifi and internet services
  • Administer the internal emailing system
  • Assist the IT team to support end-users relating to Purchasing & Inventory, Booking, and Membership A/R systems
  • Support the end-users in running the daily, weekly and monthly billing reports
  • Update new menu, price changes, user profiles when required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline
  • 2 years of work experience
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Service
