Job Description

IT Administrator/ IT Desktop Engineer @Shenton Way office

Salary: $3500-$4000

Working hour: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) *5-DAY week


Provide general business as usual (BAU) ICT operation RFBC (Ready for Business Check), support to the organisation and perform ICT-related projects as assigned.

• Support ongoing usability of computers, telephony, printers, corporate mobile or BYOD within established ICT standard operating procedure (SOP), assist with the installation, configuration, troubleshooting.

• Assist in ICT peripheral equipment purchase and preparation for all meetings.

• Assist in coordinating and conducting user acceptance testing (UATs) and user training sessions, with involved partners, vendors, stakeholders and end-users, and follow-up on issues closely.

• Work effectively with diverse business users and articulate the substantive issues clearly and concisely to staff members, management team and clients.

• Prepare and maintain the records of incident, software licence and other asset inventory.

• Ensure availability of ICT Infrastructure services to authorized users, active directory, print server, mail server, door access system and video conference units.


Diploma/ Degree in IT or Computing/ related discipline with 2-4 years of relevant IT field support engineer hands-on experience.

• Basic administration knowledge of systems and servers, phone systems, wireless infrastructure related to network.

• Prior work experience in supporting

    • Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OSX
    • Essential applications such as MS-Office, Adobe Acrobat, JavaRT and Internet Browsers
    • Enterprise Wi-Fi with understanding the differences between Employee, BYOD and Guest
    • Avaya telephony, SoundStation and Polycom
    • Video conferencing system such as Polycom and Cisco
    • Cloud video conferencing systems such as Skype and WebEx

• Good command of English and good communication, both written and inter-personal skills.

Office Procurement Specialist @Town

Salary: $3000-$4000

Working hour: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) *5-DAY week


  • Assist in managing the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of procurement
  • Implement procurement strategies and develop where possible
  • Perform (and where appropriate, support in) all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation and preparation of contracts
  • Assist in the policy and guidelines for delivering cost effective procurement process
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects/ duties as assigned by supervisor


Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain / related discipline with 2-4 years of relevant procurement/ buyer experience.

Temperature Sceening temp *$8-$10 per hour @Office building, central area

Period: 23 March to 30 April, may extend

Working hour: 7.45am-4.45pm (Mon-Fri) *5-Day week

*Students able to commit to 30 APRIL Welcomed to apply. NO experience required!
