Inventory Control Coordinator $1.8k+++

Job Responsibilites: 

• Handle day to day inventory responsibilities 
• Oversee the flow of inventory in and out of the warehouse 
• Prepare and maintain inventory records for all accounts 
• Perform timely updates of stock movements into WMS 
• Perform adhoc cycle count for various accounts 
• Provide weekly / monthly stock count update 
• Support export / local delivery / stock transfer shipment preparation and loading 
• Work with internal customers and other members of the warehouse on all inventory related matters
• Responsible for the analysis of inventory discrepancies and special processes 
• Responsible for warehouse stock accuracy KPI 
• Coordinate disposal management. Prepare pick list and liaise with WH and vendor and customer to ensure smooth and accurate disposal 
• Additional projects as mandated by Management 
• To commit and comply with HPL's Occupational Health & Safety Management System 
• To commit and comply to HPL Quality Management System 
• Fulfil any other duties as and when assigned by the superior 

Job Requirements: 

• At least N Level certification 
• Possess a valid forklift license 
• 2 - 3 years of working experience is a plus 
• Knowledge of MS office applications
