Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and inspiring an exceptional Learning & Development team to meet and surpass the needs of our customers.
  • Supports and implement programs to drive 5-star service’ culture across call customer touchpoint channels i.e. contact centre, direct, social media, chatbots, etc..
  • Delivers sales focused campaigns along with relevant monitoring and reporting working closely with the Sales, Service, QA and Claims teams.
  • Lead by continually coaching and motivating your team in order to develop their coaching skills, sales and service skills and customer knowledge.
  • Motivate and energise performance across the team by consistently recognising and rewarding excellent performance and drive a culture that celebrates success.
  • Coach team leaders (‘coach the coach’) to ensure consistent approach in bringing our brand across to the customers.
  • Develop and deliver a clear framework for learning, development objectives, monitor and improve performance for the contact centre.
  • Review and suggest changes to any process that is negatively impacting sales and impacting conversion.
  • Work with Service and QA teams to review complaints and implement changes at point of sale to improve performance.

 

Job Requirements

  • Min. 5-7 years of experience in telemarketing/telesales training, in bank/insurance industry
