Insurance Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing assistance to a team of brokers
• Provide client servicing support to team which includes communication with clients and (re)insurers and follow up on new business opportunities, existing accounts.
• Support brokers in negotiation and placement of risks.
• Providing of monthly analysis
• Assisting with generation of reports
• Data entry and administrative duties
• Scanning and filling
• Provide support on day to day execution of renewal operations duties and consolidating of renewal documentation
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant insurance operations experience
• Underwriting support experience would be an added advantage
• Able to start immediately
