Job Description
You will assist to resolve policyholders’ and distribution representatives’ issues relating to claims and policy matters via email.
LOCATION:
Raffles place
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the enquiries and requests received through emails are responded within the expected turnaround time.
Manage and resolve insurance matters through emails.
Assess and manage appeals, feedbacks and minor complaints received from emails.
REQUIREMENTS:
Min GCE A with Insurance certs
3 years relavent experience handling Insurance claims via Emails
WORKING HOUR:
Mon to Fri
9am to 6pm
SALARY:
$3k to $3.8k
