Insurance Call Centre Customer Service Associate

You will attend to phone enquiries from our policyholders and distribution representatives, effectively maintaining the Contact Centre’s high level of accessibility.

 

LOCATION:
Raffles place

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend to enquiries from calls promptly and follow up when required
• Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Manage customers’ complaints and feedback with a good closure

 

REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Degree holder, preferably with Insurance Certs
Call Centre experience will be advantageous

 

WORKING HOUR:
Mon to Fri
9am to 6pm

 

SALARY:
$3k to $3.9k
