Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Maintain OHSEQ System based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 requirements.
  2. Conduct data analysis using statistical tools.
  3. Co-ordinate & conduct Internal Audit (IA).
  4. Ensure compliance with standard, Specification and Company’s Procedure and Method Statements.
  5. Identify nonconformance and define corrective action plan.
  6. Verify process and their compliance to the various ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 elements during Internal Audit.
  7. Analyze method practices and verify proper documentation exists.
  8. Reporting all problems found in a clear and timely manner.
  9. Identify potential problems areas for improvement.
  10. Monitor in-process quality trends.
  11. Generate and standardize quality report.
  12. Maintain proper record/ coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
  13. Assist in Co-ordination of management review meeting.
  14. Monitoring of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  15. Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.

Qualification & Experience Generally Required

  1. Diploma in QA Engineering or any Engineering related discipline.
  2. Attended and passed Internal Quality Audit (ISO 9000) Course.
  3. Knowledge on Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  4. Knowledge on ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 is preferred.
  5. 2 years of relevant experience in related field.
  6. Computer literate (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint preferred)
