Job Description


  • Source for potential clients by scanning and identifying potential business opportunities on multiple platforms and through networking
  • Conduct market research to understand industry and client needs
  • Prepare tender proposals, quotations, pricing, administration documentations and presentation materials
  • Managing multiple project bids, and have a keen eye for detail in pricing
  • Manage coordination and administration with customers and IT vendors/partners Support the Manager in meeting the department’s target and to undertake additional cross-functional duties and projects as assigned


  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in B2B sales and business development hunter role for professional services preferred
  • Familiar with large-scale tendering processes
  • Be comfortable working/partnering with IT vendors and sub-contractors to translate business requirements to tender solutions
  • Good communication, complex proposal writing, Powerpoint and presentation skills
  • Meticulous with strong numeracy skills
