
Inside Sales Executive (Healthcare Services)

Previously collaborated with government, health and financial organisations to distribute home and community caregiving services. The company works with care recipients with a range of mobility and medical conditions, including chronic and terminal illnesses such as Dementia, Stroke, Parkinson’s and cancer, helping them be more mobile and functional as well as providing social and personal care.
Location:
Kallang
Responsibilities:
As part of the inside sales team, you will play a consultative role and be the first touch point for our customers through our different inbound sales channels. In your role, you will enable care recipients, families and care organizations to get access to caregiving services across Singapore, while also achieving team sales goals.
Working Hour:
5 days work week (Mon to Sat) and 2 rotating shifts
9am to 6pm and 12pm to 9pm
Requirements:
Customer-first mentality with good communication skills
Good listener and empathetic
Able to deal with rejections
2-4 years of Inbound Sales and Customer Service in hospitality, startups or healthcare-related companies is a plus
Salary:
Basic $3.8k-$4k + Commission.
