Our client is an exciting and well-backed startup that is revolutionising the property industry. They are growing steadily in South-East Asia and have a history of selling homes twice as fast with a lower commission rate. They are looking to build an A-team of individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for :
- Managing the pre-sales process via various channels, introducing our services and value proposition to potential clients.
- Providing advice on the property market, regulations, and transaction’s steps
- Converting Inbound leads and matching them to appropriate Real Estate Consultants
- Leading demand generation initiatives from ideation to execution
- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues and representing the company with professionalism
- Driving revenue growth through over-achieving KPIs and milestones
- Proposing, launching and delivering commercial & operational projects
- You have a diploma with 3 years experience or degree with 1 year of experience in sales, support, customer service, hospitality, or real estate.
- You have exceptional poise and presence on the phone
- You are highly motivated to maintain 40+ calls daily.
- You are flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- You are structured, autonomous and tech-savvy.
