- In-door sales & attend to client enquiries
- Handle hotline calls and attend to email enquiries
- Handle payment duties with high level of accuracy
- To provide administrative sales support, leads tracking, client reporting
- Support off-site marketing events & seminars
- General office administration for the sales office premises
- Be stationed at different sales premises as rostered
- Other duties as required by management due to operational needs
- Location: Orchard, Novena, Thomson
- Work Day: 5.5days
- Min 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service/ Retail
- Jobs requires to liase with English and Mandarin speaking clients
- Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
- Pleasant disposition and quick-thinking.
- Good Ms-Excel skills
- Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently as well as in a team.
