Job Description

Job Duties

  • In-door sales & attend to client enquiries
  • Handle hotline calls and attend to email enquiries
  • Handle payment duties with high level of accuracy
  • To provide administrative sales support, leads tracking, client reporting
  • Support off-site marketing events & seminars
  • General office administration for the sales office premises
  • Be stationed at different sales premises as rostered
  • Other duties as required by management due to operational needs

 

Other Details

  • Location: Orchard, Novena, Thomson
  • Work Day: 5.5days

Requirements:

  • Min 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service/ Retail  
  • Jobs requires to liase with English and Mandarin speaking clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
  • Pleasant disposition and quick-thinking.
  • Good Ms-Excel skills
  • Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently as well as in a team.
