Job Description


Job Scope: 

  • Successful candidate will be based in Malaysia
  • Scheduling appointments with our prospective customers from our database
  • Sharing benefits of Geniebook platform with our customers 
  • Required to work on weekends and late evenings (5 days work week)


Structured Career Program:

  • Your first 1 to 3 months
    • Learn Geniebook and other related products/services
    • Learn the tools necessary to be successful: CRM and product info
    • Leverage any opportunity you can to learn the market and business
    • Meet staggered subscription goals consistently
  • 3 to 12 months
    • Continue to build on your core skills and product/market knowledge
    • Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum 
  • 12 to 24 months 
    • Strive to achieve promotion criteria (If you desire to be a manager)
    • Help at least 1 subordinate to achieve their subscription target
    • Build a successful team of 3 to 6 Sales Consultants 



  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not compulsory
  • Results driven
  • Passionate about Education Technology industry



  • Basic salary : RM 3,000 to RM 5,000
  • Attractive monthly performance bonus and commission on top of basic salary
