Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and printing of business cards
  • Assist in organizing company events
  • Provide receptionist support; attend to all walk in guest and candidates
  • Handle and answer all incoming calls; to direct calls to the relevant parties
  • Manage daily office mailings and courier services
  • Liaise with building management on office facilities maintenance (eg. Lighting, air-conditioning); disseminate building management's notices 
  • Assist in monitoring and ordering of office, stationery and pantry supplies
  •  Assist in overseas travel arrangements for all staff which includes: Flight, accommodation, visa application
  • In charge of office equipment such as photo copier and shredding machine; ensuring that they are in working conditions; to coordinate with respective vendors and contractors for servicing and repair where necessary
  • Liaise with pest control vendor; ensure cleanliness of the office
  • Ensure the cleanliness of workplace with effective coordination with Pantry Lady
  • Process all travel and expenses claim - ensure all claims are verified and duly approved by the necessary parties for further action

 

Job Requirements

  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in receptionist and office administration
  • Able to start work within short notices
