Location : Mattar MRT 

 

Job Responsibilities : 

 

- 1 Week of training will be provided ( Training will be paid )

- Handle customer's enquiries 

- Provide quality customer service to customers over phone calls or email 

- Follow-up on outstanding cases if necessary

 

Requirements :

 

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Able to handle stressful situations

- Able to convert into permanent staff 

- Having prior experience in customer service will be preferred

 

Working Hours :

5.5 Days work week (Required to work on weekends) (44 hours a week)

9.30am - 6.30pm (8.5 hours a day)

 

Salary :

$8 per hour on weekdays/weekends | $16 per hour on public holidays
