We are currently looking for ICT Trainer for our esteemed client which is a School based in Ang Mo Kio

Working Location - Ang Mo Kio, Singapore
Payroll Type - 12 Months Contract further renewable
Payroll under ITCAN Pte Ltd, Singapore

Work Timings

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5 PM

Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm

Job Descripion -

  1. Administrative
  • Assist in handling daily IT operations
  • Assist in annual budget planning
  • Assist HOD in handling Schools Standard Operating Environment (SSOE) processes
  • Maintain school-purchased inventory
  • Conduct yearly equipment inventory check
  • Provide assistance to appointed Store Management vendor in checking and tagging of inventory
  • Monitor and upkeep the equipment and consumables and make purchase when necessary
  • Maintain and monitor the movement records of ICT/AV equipment (including loan records)
  • Make checks on IT equipment in classrooms
  • Update and maintain school website and other online application
  • Process NEU PC applications for students and provide advice to parents, if necessary
  • Assist to take photographs/videos during school activities
  • Archive of school photographs


  1. Consultation
  • Assist to draft requirement for school initiated IT projects following MOE IT security guidelines, also to do market research and provide advice to the HOD
  • Participate in the evaluation of the proposals for school initiated IT projects and vendors’ enquiries etc
  • Assist HOD on gathering of ICT needs of the school
  • Provide solution to resolve IT-related issues raised by teachers
  1. Technical
  • Manage users’ account and configure school-purchased network attached storage device
  • Connect network folder for staff
  • Troubleshoot school-purchased IT devices
  • Provide technical expertise for data management for key areas identified by the school
  • Implement new technology tools that support teaching and learning

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 year working experience in IT field in primary schools would be preferred
  • Broad knowledge in troubleshooting IT equipment
  • Has a pleasant disposition and a team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently

Willing to undertake additional duties as and when assigned
