ICT Admin Executives / Coordinators


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide coordination for ICT projects.
  2. Monitor various software/hardware license and maintenance contract life cycle;
  3. Maintain and ensure that the Software Licenses and Hardware maintenance team site is up-to-date;
  4. Liaise with various vendors for budgetary quotation;
  5. Prepare various procurement documents, e.g. Submit Request for Purchase in IT system, approval paper, tender specification, tender evaluation & tender recommendation for award;
  6. Process e-invoice payment for the license and contract cost;
  7. Assist in providing and extracting data for audit purposes; and
  8. Any other related tasks as assigned by the Corporation.


Job Requirements:

  1. At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience required, candidates with more experience will be considered for senior role.
  2. IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint), Windows Operating System (XP, 2K, 7), PC hardware and basic Networking. 
  3. Basic IT trouble shooting skills will be beneficial.
  4. Prior experience in procurement process
  5. Knowledge on IT matters
  6. Good communication skills with good command of written and verbal English.
