Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the routine function of Human Resource Administration as well as recruitment and staff welfare activities.
  • Assist in the communication flow to all hotel staff through notice board, newsletter, bulletin and direct communication with staff regarding Human Resource Policies and Hotel rules and regulations.
  • To ensure that all paperwork is done systematically and chronologically to meet hotel standard.
  • Type personnel correspondences, memorandum, circulars, reports, staff letter articles, meeting minutes, and maintain all the files.
  • Administer internal and external employee recognition program through various awards recognition;
  • Handle all staff insurance coverage and track the all relevant medical and dental claims.
  • Keeps all Human Resource office procedures and policies in order.
  • Application of passes whenever necessary.


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
