Job Description

  • At least 6 -10 Years of experience in HR Operations duties
  • Experience with payroll and Visa
  • Experience in the broad spectrum of HR, taking charge of a full spectrum of human resource functions including developing policies, directing and coordinating HR activities such as  compensation & benefits, performance review, employee engagement and relations, organization learning and development, employee services and any HR-related matters.
  • Experience in Reviewing and approving or modifying budgets
  • Analyse employee's rewards/benefits and recommend improvement with Dept Heads
  • Design and implement company policies
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
  • Experience in Creating detailed reports on HR costs.
  • Address employee's queries.
