Job Description

  • Handle strategic HR roles including manpower planning, career development and succession planning, leadership development, and performance management
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies and policies to align with rganizational and business needs
  • Formulate recruitment strategies and programs
  • Responsible for effective delivery of compensation payroll, remunerations and reward plans as well as welfare and benefits
  • Manage performance management and career development initiative to develop potential of staff and career progression

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource or with minimum 12 years of relevant experiences, with preferable 5 years in managerial position 
  • Strong HR operational background, understanding of local employment laws and knowledge of best HR market practices 
  • Resourceful. self-motivated with great initiative, able to work independently & within teams in a fast paced and challenging environment 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
