Human Resource Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handles the full fledge of Onboarding and Offboarding process.
• Sourcing for suitable candidates through Job Portals.
• Making calls, dropping messages and emails to interested candidates.
• Screening, interviewing, shortlisting & recruitment of both contract/permanent placements
• Put up job postings via Job Portals.
• Conducts and arrange for interviews for up to Senior Executive levels.
• Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates.
• Negotiates salary package and remuneration of new hires.
• Processing of termination or redundancy / Dismissal.
• Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience with Diploma/Degree in relevant field
• Outspoken & People Orientated
• Detailed and meticulous individuals
• High commitment level & positive attitude
• Candidate should be well organized, pleasant and able to multi-task
• Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Preferably able to communicate bilingually (English/Mandarin) to handle mandarin speaking clients/candidates
• Able to correspond with internal and external parties
