Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities :

• Supporting Directors in full spectrum of HR functions
• Responsible for monthly payroll processing
• Oversee organisation's recruitment process, including posting of job advertisements, sourcing prospective candidate and handle interviews
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Handle work pass applications, issuance, renewal and cancellation of foreign workers
• Liaise with government statutory boards to ensure timely and accurate submission of grants/claims
• Create, maintain and update HR System to ensure information are up to date and accurate
• Administration of employee benefits
• Handle employee's disciplinary issues and grievances
• Ability to resolve staff matters and issues/queries
• Provide and support key initiatives and projects
• Other relevant HR administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Min GCE 'O' Level/Diploma Holders in Human Resource Management
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Meticulous, organized and possesses high level of integrity
• Committed and good team player
• Able to work hand in hand with colleagues
• Good knowledge of Employment Act
• Able to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Proficient to MS Office
• Ability to commence work immediately or within short notice
• Singaporean and PR holders only
• Residing in east area preferred.

Salary : $2,000 to $3,500 or above (commensurate with experience)
