Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR
  • Respond to queries regarding HR policies, procedures and programs.
  • Managing the full Recruitment life cycle
  • Process Payroll, Benefits and statutory Tax
  • Develop and implement HR policies
  • Identifying Training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, performance appraisal and regular meetings with department head
  • Maintain accurate HR database
  • Plan, organize and make arrangements for company events and administers employee welfare measures
  • Manage work pass applications / renewal / termination. Tracking and monitoring all relevant work passes and applications. Able to manage available quotas, etc of all passes.
  • Liaise with MOM and relevant governmental bodies
  • Monitor MYE
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Maintain and update staff records
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Words
  • Organized, detail-oriented, works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Team player and positive attitude.
  • Possess fundamental understanding of Employment Act, HR policies and procedures
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese (To liaise with Mandarin speaking contractor)
  • Required Skill(s): Good interpersonal skills, knowledge of MOM rules and work with initiative
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Able to work very independently in a dynamic environment
  • Meticulous and able to work with details
