Job Description

Responsible for providing support in full spectrum of HR functions in recruitment and staffing, performance management and compensation and benefits.

  • Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements
  • Assist in providing HR support to business units in area such as performance management, employee relations and engagement
  • Administer all work pass applications (application, renewal, appeals) and ensure that all Company and employee information are updated accurately with MOM
  • Provide administrative support to the deployment and execution of core and annual HR processes including: employee on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Provides monthly payroll support including checking of overtime, staff attendance , claims and monthly allowances
  • Maintain and ensure quality data management of employee records and information in the HRIS and personal files in accordance with Company policies, audit guidelines, local laws and regulations
  • Prepares HR reports including those required by Government bodies
  • Participates and assists with HR related projects
