Division: Human Resource

Reports to: Human Resource Executive
 

Functional Relationships with:
All departments in Company for Recruitment and foreign employees’ work passes related matters.
 
Position Profile:
The successful candidate will explore (with focus but not limited) to all matters related to recruitment.

 
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage the recruitment, selection and placement process
  • Prepare job descriptions, post job ads and source suitable candidates
  • Manage and support on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Prepare the letter of appointment, confirmation and termination
  • Manage employee P-File and maintain employee records
  • Participate in career fairs with the HR recruitment team
  • Work pass application and all related matters
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Prepare recruitment/manpower summary reports and attrition reports
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Handle enquiry from stakeholders as required
  • Other assigned administrative duties

 

Ability/Competency Required:
 

  • Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other fields
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and familiar with work pass application
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and able to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong ethics and reliability
