Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and administration including recruitment
  • Posting of job advertisements and coordinating interview arrangements with candidates
  • Follow up on weekly interview assessment with hiring managers & candidates
  • Assist in new staff on-boarding process
  • Preparation, creation and maintenance of staff personal file records & paperwork
  • Review on HR and admin policies and procedures on an on-going basis
  • Other HR administrative duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team-player with a positive attitude and drive to learn
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Possess a Diploma in Human Resource, Business Studies or any related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required
