HR/ Training Coordinator (e-learning programmes) -- Up to $3,000/mth #JWL

Job Scope:

• Liaise with stakeholders to understand their training requirements and produce online courses.
• Create engaging and concise training material; walkthrough videos, and scenario based learning.
• Prepare MCQ questions for participants to attempt.
• Work with freelancers to produce animated content and videos.
• Engage external vendors to create standard learning modules when required (e.g. sensitivity training).
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Note:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Walkable distance from Outram park and Tanjong Pagar MRT Station.
• Minimum Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Communications/ Human Resource or related field.
• Able to start work immediately.
• On-job training is provided.
