Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing the full spectrum of administrative support for the Learning & Organizational Development function and assist in the general administrative support for the Human Capital department.

 

Learning & Organisational Development Support Administration

  • Set the company training calendar, update intranet and handle training enquiries from employees
  • Manage training attendee communications proactively and reactively
  • Co-ordinate training programs and workshops including scheduling; participant invitations and enrolments; venue booking and hire; and attendance records
  • Ensure training records are updated and Individual Development Plans are followed through in the SAP SuccessFactors system
  • Perform the launching of E-learning courses, assessment, and re-scheduling of assessments for employees.
  • Perform pre and post training activities (e.g. training reports, post-course) evaluation

 

General Administration

  • Coordinate internal meetings, internal/external training programs and events
  • Produce employee communications, presentations and reports for manager and head of department
  • Coordinate approval and payment of invoices
  • Other ad-hoc administrative support as requested

 

Requirements             

  • GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma holder (preferably with a major in Human Resource Management) or any related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ relevant HR Training administration experience from MNC environment
  • Experience with HR Learning Management and Performance Management system is preferred
  • Must be proficient (intermediate level) in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & good in Powerpoint)
  • Experience with Training Grant, Adhoc Claim and Assessment Results submissions on SSG SkillsConnect Portal plus point
  • Experience with HR Learning Management and Performance Management system preferred
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and has good planning & organizational skill
  • Proactive team player that demonstrates good initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines
