HR Specialist (Compensation & Benefits) - 6months

Job Description:

• Prepare salary propsal for all new hires and salary review
• Conduct market analysis and support annual salary survey to implement competitive salary package
• Support in preparing job classifications and salary scale
• Participate in analysis of C&B within organisation
• Prepare industry competitive analysis, merit increase and salary structure
• Undertke Total Rewards projects that are alligned to business needs
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent
• Experience in Total Rewards in Shared Services
• Strong numerical and analytical skills is a necessity
