Roles & Responsibilities
Company profile: One of the largest financial services companies in the world. Provides financial and strategic solutions for the increasing diverse and sophisticated needs of its clients with offices located in all the major cities of the world such as Tokyo, New York, London, Hong Kong and Singapore.
There are 5 teams in HRD-Business Partnering, Shared Services, TA, Planning & Talent Management, and RSPC. Now have an opportunity for a new member to join the Shared Services team.
Reports to: Team Lead and VP of shared Services
Coverage: Regional HQ covering Asia and Oceania (however immediate focus is Singapore )
Shared Services Team: This team of 7 takes care of Payroll & Tax, Mobility (including application of work passes), Compliance and Employee Life Cycle
Supervisory: This team member will have a supervisory role, supervising a team of 3 to 4 officers, as assigned.
Main responsibilities of this team member: Employee Life Cycle, Mobility (including all processes relating to work passes) and Compliance Matters
Educational Background: a graduate, preferably with IT background or savvy with technology
Experience: at least 3 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience.
Personality: Strong follow-up skills, meticulousness, team player are core attributes that will help the candidate be successful in this role.
