Job Description

  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze the results of the surveys 
  • Recruitment, Medical Claims administration, LMS administration, rolling out staff engagement plans and supporting Medical staff privileging
  • Oversee Employee engagement programmes
  • Administer company-wide employee engagement surveys
  • Summarize employee engagement survey results, interventions 
  • Plan and administer LNA for all non-medical staff
  • Support manager for slides for strategic meetings
  • Support manager in Medical Affairs
  • Oversee Scholarships
  • Backup for Learning Management System

 

Requirements

  • Min Degree in any discipline
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Min 4-5 years of HR experience/handling of employee engagement surveys 
  • Proficient in SAP, pivot table and vlookup
