Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Drive the organisation’s manpower planning initiatives to ensure that the manpower needs of the organisation are well supported
  • Review and revised the performance review assessment and form
  • Drive the annual the performance review process in determining the payout for increment and bonuses
  • Drive the annual manpower budgeting and operational budget exercise for HRMD
  • Review of HRMD policies for relevance and updating 
  • To streamline HR processes where necessary, to enhance the department’s efficiency and effectiveness
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field/equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant Compensation & Benefits / Performance management
  • Prior experience in Healthcare industry is preferred
  • Good with Microsoft Excel
