Job Description

Recruitment Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a steady and stable growth of the company by securing suitable new employees in a timely and effective manner. The candidate will be responsible for finding and recruiting candidates for all positions in the company, supporting various departments in fulfilling their hiring needs.


Key roles and responsibilities for this position include:

  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of methods
  • Job postings management and on- and offline recruitment materials provision
  • Manage companywide recruitment campaigns, working closely with employees
  • Liaise with Head of Departments on identifying each department’s hiring needs
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies, working closely with other HR Managers and Recruiters
  • Develop and update job description and job specifications for all positions 
  • Manage and execute recruitment-related events including Open House, Recruitment Drive and Group Interviews
  • Manage candidate pool and correspondences effectively and accurately
  • Pre-screening of candidate CVs and other document submissions
  • Conduct interviews
  • Collaborate with external recruitment sourcing agencies as needed
  • Monitor recruitment targets and ensure that all hiring is completed in due time
  • Facilitate effective internship programs and work on scouting suitable candidates from tertiary institutions
  • Execute any other recruitment-related tasks as given by the HR Director

Pre-Requisites: 

  • A university degree in any discipline can be considered, preferably in the field of business management, human resources management, or psychology
  • Background in music preferred
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English required
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Sound understanding of recruitment procedures
  • Critical thinker who can design innovative and readily executable recruitment methods
