HR Recruitment Executive
As a HR Recruitment Executive, you will be in-charge of building the SearchAsia team and implementing innovative ideas to improve recruitment. Besides being in charge of the entire recruitment process, you will also take charge of the SearchAsia’s online branding through social media platforms. This multifaceted role allows you to engage in novel, challenging tasks while learning from your teammates, a brilliant experience for people with little experience. SearchAsia prides itself in hiring only the best people since our founding in 2004 – and we wish to continue our legacy in the coming years. Here is a list of what you will be doing with us:
- Taking care of the entire recruitment process (assessing, interviewing, on-boarding)
- Attract talents to apply to SearchAsia through tried methods and those of your own
- Connect with university students through career fairs or other projects
- Create and manage online and offline employer brand campaigns with the goal of increasing the number of relevant candidates and improving our image
- Strategise, design and implement programmes to help improve employee experience and engagement
- Initiate your own programs to assist recruitment or branding
