Job Description

  • Engages with a full spectrum of HR related activities which include recruitment processes, employee engagement, policy administration, employee benefits, company-wide employee activities, performance management, etc.
  • Manages recruitment administration (i.e. interview logistics, pre-employment requirements, medical card, staff pass and work pass application, appointment letter, confirmation letter, etc) ensuring effectiveness and completeness in a timely manner
  • Handles office administration and general affairs duties

 

Requirements:

 

  • Min Degree in Business/HR
  • Min 1-2 years of HR experience
  • Knowledgeable in HR processes and ability to use HR Information Systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  •
