- Assist the recruitment process including liaising and arranging interview appointment with the applicants, conducting reference and background checks and issuing employment letter.
- Organize and attend the external career fairs.
- Prepare new staff on boarding and ensure all documentations are completed.
- Collect and compile weekly duty rosters from all restaurants.
- Update leave records and ensure all leaves submission are up-todate.
- Any other tasks assigned by superiors
- Minimum N Level
- 2-3 years of administrative experience in F & B Industry / Entry level candidates are welcome
- Good work ethic and attention to detail
- A good team player with positive work attitude
- Can start work immediately.
